CURRENT BID AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR NSP 2 Argenta CDC is currently accepting request for qualifications and contractor bids for construction. Complete information can be found here. The North Little Rock NSP 2 program in funded by the America Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Argenta CDC, City of North Little Rock, Habitat for Humanity and the North Little Rock Housing Authority were awarded $6.4 million to stabilize selected communities in North Little Rock that have been hardest hit by the foreclosure crisis. Funding is dedicated the the acquisition and redevelopment of at least 100 homes and lots that will be sold or rented to low - to - middle income families.
