First Presbyterian has two spaces for rent at the corner of 4th and Maple Streets. One is suitable for an office or business, as it has its own entrance. It is a 17 by 29 (493 square feet) space. Some floor damage that can be repaired or covered at renter's discretion. Asking $500 a month. Utilities paid. The other is a studio space with an interior entrance. 24 by 25 (600 square feet). Asking $400 a month. Utilities paid. Both spaces are available beginning June 1.
